The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
My stay was marred by a noisy room facing the street, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom definitely needs an update as it felt outdated and cramped. Despite initial high hopes for this hotel, I left feeling disappointed due to the overall noise and condition of the amenities.

We had a fantastic stay with our teens at this cozy hotel! The owner arranged some amazing adventures for us without any hassle, like biking to stunning waterfalls and exploring the Amazon. Plus, their restaurant had the best food we tasted in Banos!
My wife says that some nearby activities were too difficult for kids.

Charming hotel with a serene atmosphere, very close to the thermal baths. The friendly owners provided great local insights. Enjoyed clean, comfy rooms without distractions of a TV. Exceptional breakfast with fresh fruits, though the internet connection was hit-and-miss, occasionally forcing me to step outside.
